Modified Atmosphere Packaging
Our Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) for fresh produce is tailored by adjusting the size and number of microperforations, factoring in respiration rate, package weight, volume, and expected distribution temperatures. The careful selection and placement of these microperforations help create an optimal internal atmosphere, regulating oxygen, carbon dioxide, and moisture levels to extend the product's shelf life.
Along with microperforations, we do offer Hot Needle (macroperforations). Although these larger perforations allow for good air circulation and moisture control, they are not nearly effective as laser microperforations.

Anti-Fog Film
Anti-fog film is a type of packaging material designed to prevent the formation of fog or condensation on the inside of packaging, particularly when there's a temperature difference between the inside and outside of the package. This is especially important in the packaging of fresh foods like produce, meats, and dairy products where visibility is crucial for consumer appeal.
